“Wuv is What Bwings Us Together”

Ahhh……..”The Princess Bride” is one of my all-time favorite movies.  The idea of twoo wuv is appealing to everyone.  No wonder we celebrate it when it comes along!  This adorable cupcake bouquet was made to celebrate a particularly wonderful bride at a wedding shower her family threw for her.  I incorporated the colors she had chosen for her wedding into the cupcakes.  The chocolate cupcakes are iced with a fresh raspberry cream cheese frosting that tasted absolutely divine.  The fresh lime cupcakes are frosted in a pale green fresh lime buttercream, and were equally delicious.  I think the mini pom-poms on the cake banner are adorable!  And I love the greys, pinks and greens!  The colors are great together and the whole bouquet turned out so spring-ish.  And frankly, looking forward to Spring is almost as exciting as celebrating another fairytale worthy couple of love birds!  Congratulations to the happy couple!  May you enjoy an eternity of wuv!
